AbstractThis article contains a transcription of and places into historical context Philip Freneau's "Ode on a Remote Perspective View of Princeton College," first published in the Trenton "True American" in 1822 under the initial "R' and again in the New Brunswick "Fredonian" under the initials "N.R." in the same year.
